Milo Ice Cream

A quick and easy ice cream using only three ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

Milo 250ml
Fresh Cream 500ml
Condensed Milk 385g (1 tin)

METHOD

Place the Milo in a bowl. In a saucepan, heat 100ml of the cream until it is just about to boil, then pour over the Milo and stir well. Strain into a clean bowl and set aside to cool. Beat the remaining 400ml of cream until thick. Add in the Milo sauce and condensed milk and mix well. Churn in an ice cream machine for approximately 20 minutes. If you don’t have an ice cream machine, pour into a sealed container and stir well every hour for about 4 hours. Pour into a sealed container and place in the deep freeze for a couple of hours to firm up.
