Terror-misu
A spooky Halloween twist on Tiramisu, perfect for individual servings.
INGREDIENTS
Cream 125ml
Icing Sugar 30g
Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon
Mascarpone 125g
Boudoir Biscuits 14
Cocoa Powder for dusting
Chocolate Drops to decorate
METHOD
Beat the cream, icing sugar and vanilla essence until stiff, then fold in the mascarpone. Spoon into a piping bag with a large nozzle and allow to set in the fridge for an hour.
Pipe four blobs onto a Boudoir biscuit and dust with cocoa powder. On a separate Boudoir biscuit pipe four taller blobs (these are the ghosts) and carefully place two chocolate drops on each blob for the eyes. Place this biscuit on top of the one dusted with cocoa powder and push down gently.
