Peppermint Crisp Easter Egg Tarts
An Easter twist on the classic Peppermint Crisp tart.
INGREDIENTS
Tennis Biscuits 200g
Butter 100g
Cream 250ml
Caramel Treat 1 tin
Peppermint Crisp 2 slabs
Mini Easter Eggs to decorate
METHOD
To make the biscuit bases, crush the tennis biscuits and mix together with the melted butter then press into the tart bases.
In a bowl beat the cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl beat the Caramel Treat until smooth, then add to the cream and gently mix together. Grate the Peppermint Crisp slabs, adding half to the caramel and cream then mix well. Spoon into the biscuit bases and top with the remaining Peppermint Crisp and a few mini Easter eggs.
Place in the fridge for an hour or two to set.
