(Non-Alcoholic) Beer Bread
Homemade (Non-Alcoholic) Beer Bread.
Delicious, especially when served warm with generous amounts of butter. Makes for a great homemade foodie gift too when you package the dry ingredients together with a non-alcoholic (or regular) beer in a kit, with instructions below.
INGREDIENTS
Self-Raising Flour 500g
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Dried Parsley 1 tablespoon
MONTAGU SNACKS Mixed Seeds 70g
Non-Alcoholic Beer 330ml
Butter 20g
METHOD
Place all of the dry ingredients and 50g of the mixed seeds in a bowl, pour in the non-alcoholic beer and mix with a spoon until a dough has formed. Place the dough into a bread tin lined with baking paper. Brush the top of the bread dough with 20g melted butter and sprinkle the remaining seeds over the top.
Bake at 190˚C for 45 minutes.
