Double Chocolate Cookies and Cream Ice-Cream Popsicles

Hot summer days with an ice-cream are the best!

Quick and easy to make and packed with BAKERS Romany Tarte®, Topper Choc® and Romany Creams®.

INGREDIENTS

Dark Chocolate 250g
Cream 500ml
Condensed Milk 1 tin
BAKERS® Romany Tarte® 6
BAKERS® Topper Choc® 6
BAKERS® Romany Creams® 6

METHOD

Chop the chocolate into small even pieces and place in a bowl. Heat 250ml of the cream until it is just about to boil then pour over the chocolate and stir well until the chocolate has melted and combined with the cream, set aside. In a clean bowl beat the remaining 250ml cream until thick, add in the condensed milk and melted chocolate and mix well. 

Roughly chop up the BAKERS® Romany Tarte®, BAKERS® Topper Choc® and BAKERS® Romany Creams® and mix them into the chocolate ice cream.

Spoon into ice cream popsicle moulds making sure you don’t have any air pockets, insert the popsicle stick and place in the deep freeze for a couple of hours to set.
