Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Golden cookies baked with Natura Sugars Soft Light Brown Sugar and studded with dark chocolate chips.

INGREDIENTS

Butter 125g
Natura Sugars Soft Light Brown Sugar 200g
Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon
Eggs 2 large
Cake Flour 350g
Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
Chocolate Chips 200g

METHOD

Beat the softened butter and sugar until creamy. Add the vanilla essence and the eggs, one at a time, beating until light and fluffy.

Sift in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips and mix well until a dough forms.

With lightly floured hands, roll spoons of the mixture, approximately 30g each, into balls. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving room between the biscuits and press down slightly.

Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
